Divine Three: Cacao, Yoga, & Reiki

Service Description

Join me for a private sacred cacao experience for yourself and your friends. We will connect with the plant spirit of cacao, inviting in deep healing with her medicine. Cacao is a superfood that can help us open up to our own divine wisdom and inner strength when drank in ceremonial doses. We will set intentions and explore our own inner workings as we soften into our hearts and our Divine truth. After connecting with the plant medicine, we will continue our healing journey with deeply relaxing restorative yoga. This practice allows us to peel back the layers of stress and anxiety we accumulate in our daily lives. It allows for a reset of our nervous system, helping us connect directly to our "Ojas"; our own vital life force. Other benefits of restorative yoga *Enhances flexibility *Reduces stress & anxiety  *Helps to balance & restore central nervous system by activating the parasympathetic nervous system allowing us to "rest & digest" *Reduces cortisol levels which is a hormone produced directly from stress *Promotes a sense of well being  *Boosts your immune system by regulating nervous system & endocrine system *Helps heal emotional pain  *Helps lose weight We will be held and supported by props and covered in blankets for 15-20 minutes per pose. As you cultivate the relaxation response in your mind & body, I will bathe you in Holy Fire Reiki and other higher consciousness energies to support you on your healing journey. I also incorporate crystal healing and essential oils into each ceremony upon request. A complimentary crystal and or essential oil roller is included for each participant. **Please note: No two experiences are the same and are intuitively guided by the divine each time. They can include gentle movement, pranayama (breath-work), mantras/chanting, mudras, and meditation depending on what I am guided to share. If there is something specific you would like to practice I will honor that request as well. I can accommodate up to three people in my private space. Cancelation Policy

*If you desire to cancel an appointment you already booked, there is a 48-hour window from the time of booking to do so. If you cancel past the initial 48-hour window there is a cancelation fee of $33. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time there is a cancelation fee of 50% of the service value. *To reschedule your appointment please connect with me at colleen@thesoulnouirsh.com up to 24 hours in advance. *Any appt. rescheduled past the 24-hour booking window, the balance can be used towards a new appointment minus a $33 missed appointment fee. *All appointments must be paid in full prior to the appointment.
