Join Colleen Kimberly Broersma a 𝘾𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙤 𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙮 + 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙥 𝙀𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 as we come together in unity and CommUnity, to nourish our hearts, mind & souls during the often-hectic holiday season.

We will begin our time with the gentle and loving plant medicine of Grandmother Cacao, to create a connection into our hearts and to start to cultivate a space to slow down and go inward.

It is a time for inner reflection and an opportunity to relax and unwind, softening into stillness.

From this still point of quiet connection and softening, we will make our way into a restorative yoga pose, held and supported by props and blankets, tucked into little healing cocoons, to receive Divine light energy frequencies.

These healing frequencies will help to relax and center, purify and cleanse, balance and integrate all of the energy centers and subtle bodies to further co-create a soft place to land within ourselves as we navigate this time of year.  Think deep relaxation and soothing energies to support and nourish.

Raw cacao (think pure chocolate melted into warm and nourishing beverage) is a higher vibrational plant spirit/essence that can assist in creating a deeper connection to our hearts, create a deeper connection with others, recharge the soul and help us to gaze inward to “see” and heal any stagnant emotions.

It is a superfood packed with beneficial minerals and neurochemicals that can elevate our state of mind / boost our mood while simultaneously grounding us.

When drinking one ounce of high-quality Cacao, one can experience increased blood flow, and mood elevation (including energized, expansive, blissful, joyful, grieving, forgiveness, the release of stuck energy within, and a multitude of other expansive emotions)

Please dress warmly, wearing layers.
